Lessons

After you submit the form below we will contact you for email, over the phone or text messaging consultations about the music lessons. If you want to register or take a trial lesson after the consultation we will send you lesson registration form(if you want to start without a trial lesson) and an invoice to pay.

• No long term commitment. 
• We do not charge registration fee or administration fee.
• You can sign up for a trial lesson if you want to try 1 lesson before making a decision to sign the lesson contract. 
• Trial lessons are NOT FREE and should be paid in advance to schedule.
• Lesson payments are due by 1st week of each month.
• 15 day notice is required to quit lessons. 
• Tuitions and the length of lessons are vary by teachers and available times.
• Shop requires refundable deposit. Thee amount of the deposit is same as 2 lessons.
• Lesson fees need to be paid to teachers for in studio lessons
• The information you provide here will be used for lesson consultation only.
• Disclaimer: The teachers are NOT employees of Centreville Music Shop. The in-studio lesson teachers are individuals who rent our studios and the online and in home teachers are independent contractors. They will manage their own schedules,  have their own curriculums, charge their own rate and use their own teaching methods.
