Non Refundable Long Term Payment Plans.
I agree that pre-payment plans are not refundable on any circumstances including school closures. (Exception : Military deployment with a proof)

I acknowledge my monthly billing date will be the same as contract date each month and NO PRORATION shall be made for rental payments based on the day of return.
Sizing
I will bring my child when I pick up the instrument for measuring size or consult with a teacher and contact Centreville Music Shop. I understand that shop will help me after other customers in the shop who are renting on site.
